About this role
Are you a creative, organised marketing professional with experience managing digital content
and social media? We're looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support a growing
psychotherapy practice based in California.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a values-driven team that prioritises kindness,
inclusivity, and meaningful mental health support.
Key Responsibilities
- ● Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- ● Create and edit graphics using Canva
- ● Edit short-form marketing videos
- ● Upload and manage blog content in WordPress
- ● Assist with email marketing campaigns using Kit
- ● Work with Zapier automations
- ● Support ongoing marketing initiatives and content creation
- ● Maintain brand consistency across digital channels
Requirements
- ● Previous experience in digital marketing or social media management
● Strong Canva skills
- ● Basic video editing experience
- ● Experience with WordPress
- ● Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Kit or similar)
- ● Knowledge of Zapier is advantageous
- ● Excellent written English
- ● Highly organised with great attention to detail
- ● Comfortable working independently
