About the Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated Casual Cleaners to join our Residential Housekeeping team.
This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout tenant rooms and communal areas, ensuring residents enjoy a clean, hygienic, and welcoming living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service tenant rooms and common areas to established standards.
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitise rooms and shared facilities.
- Clean communal bathrooms, kitchens, and vacant ensuites.
- Remove rubbish and maintain overall property cleanliness.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are organised and adequately stocked.
- Report maintenance issues promptly through the appropriate channels.
- Follow company procedures for lost property and resident privacy.
- Respond professionally to resident enquiries and requests.
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Support other operational teams as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality, accommodation, or residential environments.
- A good command of English.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.
