Job
Responsibilities
- Data entry, update system, upload documents onto system, ensure recording of information into system is accurate.
- Participate in transaction monitoring and compliance checks.
- Assist with regulatory filings, annual returns, AGMs.
- Ensure all transactions are supported by documents before recording
- Clarify with relevant persons with regards to undocumented transactions
- Record receipt of monthly bank statements.
- Raise invoices for all trust entities and follow up on payments.
- Assist in the preparation of relevant documents for distributions, investments, infusions of funds, settling of assets into the trusts.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and provide administrative support to the team as and when required.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Legal Studies or a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, corporate services, legal or relevant administrative fields.
- Familiarity with AML, KYC and CDD requirements will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Careful, meticulous and attentive to detail.
- Able to follow instructions and established procedures closely.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to completing assigned tasks.
- Proactive, organised and willing to take initiative.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
