We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer – Pumps, Valves & Expansion Joints to combine technical engineering knowledge with sales and customer engagement. The role is suited to an early-career Mechanical or Chemical Engineer with an interest in technical sales and exposure to flow-related products, particularly pumps, valves, and expansion joints.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship or practical exposure may also be considered.
- Exposure to flow-related products, including:
- Pumps
- Valves
- Expansion joints
Other Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Interest in combining technical engineering knowledge with sales and customer relationship activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales and promotion of pumps, valves, expansion joints, and related flow products.
- Understand customer requirements and support the identification of appropriate technical solutions.
- Provide customers with relevant technical information on the company's products and solutions.
- Support customer engagement and relationship-building activities.
- Assist in developing and following up on sales opportunities.
- Apply mechanical or chemical engineering knowledge to support technical sales discussions and customer requirements.
- Coordinate on technical and sales-related requirements throughout the customer engagement process.
