About this role
Gish PLLC is a fourteen-attorney boutique intellectual property and technology litigation firm with offices in New York and San Francisco. Founded in 2021, Gish PLLC combines the experience and expertise of a BigLaw firm with the feel and flexibility of a small-firm practice. Our clients range from large publicly-traded companies to early stage startups.
We are looking for a first year law student to work in our New York City office during the summer of 2026. Summer associates will have the opportunity to work on matters spanning a variety of industries, technologies, and legal issues. They serve as working members of our case teams, and obtain first-hand experience litigating patent infringement, trade secrets misappropriation, and trademark infringement cases.
Qualifications
- Top academic performance, work and leadership experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, including law journal or other relevant writing experience.
- Interest in practicing intellectual property litigation.
- Technical backgrounds are preferred.
- Compensation Details: $500/week
