We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fresh Food Creator to join our team.

About the Role

As a Fresh Food Creator, you will play an important role in delivering the high standards of food quality, presentation and customer service that James Whelan Butchers is known for.

You will work as part of a dedicated team, preparing and presenting our range of fresh food products, following our bespoke recipes and ensuring that every customer receives an excellent experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, create and present fresh food products in accordance with our recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, offering a friendly, welcoming and professional experience.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation, ensuring our counters reflect the quality of our products.
• Follow all HACCP, food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the shop.
• Take pride in your work and contribute to our culture of quality, craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

• Previous experience in food preparation, retail or customer service is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
