North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our established team in Germantown, Tennessee, one of the most sought-after communities in the Memphis metropolitan area. Pediatric services include a twelve-bed inpatient unit, eight operating suits with the ability to open two more, forty-bed NICU with 24/7 neonatology in-house coverage, ten exam rooms, and more.
We provide anesthesia services to three acute care hospitals on the same campus, Baptist Memorial Hospital – Memphis, Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women, and the Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital.

- Schedule
- Full call taking position. 26-Week FT schedule. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
- M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
- Fellowship Trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology
- ECFMG and FLEX
- Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
- Currently licensed as a physician
