About this role

If you are a growth-oriented person who is passionate about delivering results, creating value, improving the team's efficiency, investigating problems, and finding solutions - join our Team! Our promise to the Team is that MasterBorn is the best place in the world to grow your career.

We are working with well-established companies and sometimes startups in their early stages (MVPs), which makes the job full of diversity and exciting challenges while crafting cutting-edge solutions. Our clients and referrals are from the high-end American IT market.

Enjoy the flexibility of working within the Polish time zone while collaborating with clients from diverse industries such as Fintech, Sportstech, Medtech, and many others.

Join our Product Talent Pool and be first in line to take part in the recruitment process whenever a matching project appears.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You’re curious about how digital products are built - from first idea to launch
  • Comfortable turning ideas into simple visuals on the spot (flows, diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns) to support client conversations
  • You’re proactive, communicative, and not afraid to ask questions
  • You want to learn how to work with developers, designers, and clients
  • You have basic knowledge of tools like Notion, FigJam, or Jira
  • You’re fluent in Polish and English (min. C1 for both - it’s a must)
  • You have an active student status

Bonus points if you:

  • Were involved in student organizations, startups, or hackathons
  • Have an interest in AI, no-code, or automation tools
  • Have heard of (or practiced) Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup
  • Already played the role of Product Owner or Project Lead in any context

What you’ll learn - here's what to expect:

  • You’ll work with experienced mentors on real, cross-functional projects
  • You’ll support Product Owners in managing the backlog, defining tasks, and keeping delivery on track
  • You’ll join client calls and internal stand-ups - and might even facilitate your own, with support
  • You’ll learn how to collaborate with designers and developers and how to write clear, structured documentation
  • You’ll see how we plan, estimate, prioritize, and iterate in real teams
  • You’ll get feedback from your mentor, your project teams, and the whole Delivery team
  • You might also support marketing or internal initiatives (if you’re up for it!)

Recruitment Process:

  • CV Review
  • Phone call with our Recruiter (15min)
  • Soft-skills interview with our Recruiter (30min)
  • Technical interview with our Product Owner (1h)
  • Interview with your Department Head (45min)
  • Decision and feedback 🥳
