About this role
We are seeking backend developers in C# and people with similar experiences which would join our crew in building and improving our products.
We are a remote-first (only) product company which is looking to create efficient development teams with outstanding individuals. Quality over timeline, employee experience and too notch collaboration with our customers are the foundations on which we base our success. The company operates on Agri-insruance market in the USA, and through our products we enable our customers an ease of doing business on a level not attainable till now.
Teams are dedicated to a single product with the primary focus on the quality of the user experience and ease of user and maintenance. Our tech stack is based on Azure PAAS, .Net (6 or 8) Rest API's, SQL Server database, scalable Azure functions for serverless processing, React frontend and Python for data gathering. To mange our work and the solution we use Azure Devops & Git, the codebase is covered with CI/CD pipelines as well as Infrastructure and Documentation as code approach.
Work is organized in monthly increments which are delivered when we agree that we have meet the quality thresholds for delivery.
The development engineer deals with the development of software for clients, products for the market or internal software for the Employer. The main activity of this position is research and product development.
Typical responsibilities are:
- Analysis, proposal, definition of solutions in accordance with the needs of the client
- Cooperation with representatives of the client, as well as other members and teams
- Creation of the documentation necessary for the successful implementation of the solution
- Creation of software solutions, programming
- Creation of supporting solutions for installation, delivery and management of executable
environments
- Monitoring and management of execution environments
• Validation of implemented solutions in accordance with defined requirements
- Presentations of implemented solutions to third parties
- User education
- Support and assistance to users
- Responsibility for the implementation of the solution in accordance with the requirements defined
