Why We Exist

At ER2, we desire to grow a sustainable company that provides opportunity for individuals to continuously improve and grow.

What We Do

We partner with organizations to manage their technology needs from start to finish—from purchasing and deploying new devices to tracking equipment and responsibly disposing of outdated technology.

When technology can be refurbished, our sister company, Revive IT, helps give it a second life through testing, refurbishment, and resale. We also donate refurbished devices to under-resourced communities, helping bridge the digital divide while keeping usable technology out of landfills and creating a lasting positive impact beyond our business.

Our mission is to grow a sustainable company that provides opportunities for individuals to continuously improve; our vision is to empower uniqueness. Our core values are: Constantly Improving, Acting in Humility, Living a Life of Servanthood, and Relentlessly Pursuing Excellence.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onsite client pickups of decommissioned IT equipment, ensuring secure handling and transport in compliance with company and industry data security standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates safe driving practices, excellent customer service, and reliable schedule management. Prior experience in logistics or IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services is a plus, but not required.

  • Schedule: The standard schedule is Monday
  • Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM with a ½ hour lunch break, though some client pickups may extend beyond regular hours. Flexibility is important, as assignments may occasionally require later finishes to ensure client needs are met.
  • Compensation: $55,000 / Salary
  • Reports to: Warehouse Manager
  • Location: Nashville, TN

Travel makes up about 50% of this role, with assignments ranging from local to regional pickups. Regional trips may involve several hours of driving or flights to other states. While travel is a regular part of the job, we place a strong emphasis on work–life balance. You can expect to be home on weekends, and we provide as much advance notice as possible for each trip. In addition to your base salary, you’ll have the opportunity to earn extra travel bonuses.

For any overnight travel, you will receive a $65 per diem allowance to cover meals and incidental expenses, while the company pays for lodging, airfare, baggage fees, and other required travel costs.

The responsibilities of this position go beyond driving. You will also assist with loading and unloading equipment, managing inventory, processing and sorting electronics, and handling general warehouse duties as needed. This variety makes the role ideal for someone who is adaptable, enjoys being a team player, and takes pride in contributing to the overall success of the operation.

The Perfect Fit

We’re not looking for someone who’s half-invested. Our team is growing FAST and we want you to grow with us. The right candidate will be looking to contribute for the long haul.
