About this role
Center for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence (CLCI) at Nanyang Business School, is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Research Associate. The Research Associate will be part of a dynamic team of researchers involved in spearheading high-impact research on leadership and cultural intelligence. In addition, this role offers great opportunities for acquiring research skills and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage data-collection, including set-up and administration/coordination of surveys and field interviews
- Collate quantitative and qualitative survey data and managing the database
- Conduct literature review and data analyses
- Present information in both visual and written formats

Requirements
- Master’s Degree, preferably in Psychology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other data visualization software (e.g., Tableau)
- Proficiency in statistical packages (e.g., R, SPSS) will be an advantage
- Detail-oriented, meticulous and able to work independently under time pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills
