Your mission
- Hands-on performance trackside engineering one car and their drivers at all events in international racing
- Race Event Preperation and Post Event Reporting for strategy, car and driver performance
- Correlation, data analysis & setup optimization based on real time & simulation data
- Creation of automatic analysis profiles to improve workflow efficiency
- Simulation and analysis tool development
- Opportunity to be part of the track engineering group winning global championships
Your profile
- Completed mechanical engineering / automotive engineering studies or comparable training
- Proven high level Performance Engineering experience within Motorsport or high-performance road cars
- Strong Knowledge in the field of vehicle dynamics
- Experience in data acquisition and analysis
- Strong computer skills in data analysis software (Pi Toolbox ideally or similiar), MS Office & VBA, Python, Matlab a plus
- Data driven work ethic
- Eligible to work in Germany, Flexibility for travelling
- Very good English language skills, German is recommended
