Head of PAMO-Sichuan Branch

About this role

Responsibility

• Support business data analysis for institutions under the jurisdiction of branch companies and provide professional guidance on institutional issues.
• Assist in formulating short-term goals and action strategies based on the institution's business development needs.
• Coordinate resources at the branch level (including training, expenses, client events, recruitment activities, etc.) to drive institutional development.
• Participate in coaching, training, and motivating branch marketing managers to enhance business morale.
• Monitor the business anomaly indicators of the subsidiary's affiliated institutions and promptly report any identified risk points.
• Assist underperforming institutions, improve business data, and establish benchmarks.
• Monitor the business quality of institutions under the jurisdiction of the branch company to ensure a healthy business development trend.
• Responsible for the implementation and execution of key business projects from headquarters and regional offices in branch companies.
• As a prospective backup for the head of the branch's subordinate institution.
