About this role

We are looking for a Senior B2B Media Buyer with 4 + years of hands-on media buying experience and deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and conversion tracking to execute and optimize campaigns across global markets.

Working under the direction of the Marketing Lead, you will translate business objectives into effective paid campaigns and own their technical implementation, measurement, and ongoing optimization. You will serve as the team’s technical expert for paid advertising by providing clear recommendations, diagnosing performance issues, and connecting advertising activity to qualified leads and business outcomes.

This role is suited to an experienced media buyer who enjoys working directly in advertising platforms, solving technical problems, analyzing performance, and continuously improving campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Execution and Optimization:
  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize B2B campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with additional paid channels where relevant.
  • Execute Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and remarketing campaigns based on campaign objectives and audience needs.
  • Develop LinkedIn campaigns using relevant targeting approaches, including account lists, matched audiences, and retargeting.
  • Own campaign structure, keyword research, negative keywords, audience targeting, bidding, budget pacing, and quality checks.
  • Plan and run structured tests across audiences, ads, bidding strategies, and landing pages in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Diagnose performance issues and recommend actions to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency.
  • Manage campaign budgets responsibly and ensure spend is aligned with approved objectives and performance targets.
  • Conversion Tracking and Measurement:
  • Implement, audit, and troubleshoot tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, advertising platform tags, pixels, and conversion events.
  • Configure and validate enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports, and CRM-based conversion tracking.
  • Connect advertising activity with CRM data, using platforms such as HubSpot, to measure qualified leads and downstream outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot missing or duplicate conversions, attribution discrepancies, and data inconsistencies across platforms.
  • Maintain reliable campaign tagging and tracking documentation, coordinating with website or development teams where needed.
  • Ensure campaign reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with agreed business KPIs.
  • Performance Analysis and Collaboration:
  • Monitor performance against agreed KPIs, including qualified lead volume, cost per qualified lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Turn campaign data into clear findings, technical recommendations, and prioritized optimization actions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, website, and sales teams to improve campaign relevance and lead quality.
  • Work within the Marketing Lead’s strategic direction, agreed priorities, and approved budgets while taking ownership of technical execution.
  • Communicate campaign performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders.
