Join a leading hospitality brand in Kuwait as a Barista – Specialty Coffee.We're looking for a passionate coffee professional with strong specialty coffee knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and hands-on experience in espresso preparation, manual brewing, and latte art. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences, maintaining quality standards, and creating memorable guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over, French press, and cold brew.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation.
- Grind, dose, tamp, and extract espresso according to brand standards.
- Educate guests about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming café experience.
