•Associate’s degree-Occupational Therapy Assistant
Licenses and Certification
•Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant License (or letter from the state showing license pending and this job code would be 3545)

Role Specific Responsibilities
- •Implements Plan of Care
- •Measures and communicates progress towards goals
- •Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
- •Provides supervision to rehab techs and students
- Inpatient
- •Provide weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines
- Compensation (Commensurate with experience):
- $23.65 - $36.66
