Die Berufliche Bildung bei Heidelberg bietet jungen Menschen vielfältige und interessante Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und Perspektiven. Deutschlandweit werden kontinuierlich rund 300 Auszubildende und Studierende in den verschiedensten Ausbildungsberufen und dualen Studiengängen ausgebildet. - Schwerpunkte der Ausbildung:
- Erlernen von Grundkenntnissen der manuellen und maschinellen
- Werkstoffbearbeitung durch abwechslungsreiche Projektarbeiten
- Anfertigen und Montieren komplexer Bauteile und Drucksysteme in Teamarbeit
- Programmieren und Bedienen moderner Anlagen und Bearbeitungszentren
- Steuern und Regeln von pneumatischen und hydraulischen Systemen
- Selbstständiges Lernen und Arbeiten
- Qualitätsbewusstes Handeln
- Persönliche Voraussetzingen:

- Gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland
- Fortgeschrittenes deutsches Sprachniveau (mindestens B2)
- Freundliches Auftreten; Teamfähigkeit; Verantwortungsbewusstsein; Technisches Verständnis; Informationstechnisches Grundwissen/PC-Kenntnisse

- 3,5 Jahre - bei guten Leistungen Verkürzung auf 3 Jahre möglich
- Perspektiven:
- Einsatz in den verschiedensten Bereichen industrieller Serienproduktion, z. B. Fertigung, Montage, Instandhaltung und Qualitätssicherung; Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Vielzahlt an beruflichen Fort- und Weiterbildungsgängen sowie Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten
