About this role

Construction projects don't break inside the phases. They break at the handoffs — feasibility to design, financing to construction, construction to closeout — where the context that mattered in one stage arrives in the next as nothing at all.

Zero owns those handoffs. We work the owner's side of the table, exclusively: owner's representation, closeout, and the full building lifecycle, on a platform that keeps the project record continuous from the first site walk to final disposition. We're not selling software to the industry from the outside — we're doing the work and building the instruments we wished we'd had.
