Salary Range: $16.50 - $22.00/hour (Final offer based on your skills, culinary skills experience, and professional background)
Shift: Day & Evening Shifts Available
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook a variety of nutritious and delicious menu items.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and food storage procedures.
- Work collaboratively with dining team members to provide an exceptional resident dining experience.
- What We're Looking For
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living environment preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-service focused.
- A passion for creating great food and serving others.
- Ability to read and speak English.
