วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน

รับผิดชอบการบริการอาหารในส่วนของสลัดบาร์ในร้านอาหาร Sizzler ตามข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของบริษัทฯ โดยเฉพาะวิธีการดำเนินงานด้านการปฏิบัติการ (Operations Standard) เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ และสร้างความพึงพอใจให้ลูกค้า 100%

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

รับผิดชอบดูแลการทำ ผักสด ผลไม้ ซุป สลัดมิกซ์ น้ำสลัด ของหวาน และคุณภาพของอาหารให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
รับผิดชอบการจัดวางตามแผนผังของ Food Bar และการนำออกเสิร์ฟให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ถูกสุขลักษณะ และมีให้บริการลูกค้าตลอดเวลา
รับผิดชอบการแต่งกาย, ความสะอาดและความประพฤติให้เป็นไปตามตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัทฯ
รับผิดชอบตรวจสอบคุณภาพของผักสด,ผลไม้,ซุปและน้ำสลัดให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของซิซซ์เล่อร์
ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศในการทำงาน
ยึดมั่น และถือปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของบริษัทตลอดเวลา

คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน

มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ม.3
ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์
มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความซื่อสัตย์
มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร
