Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift

Pay Range: $44.00 - $57.00 per hour (with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.)

The Village at Rockville is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to join our nursing team on the full-time night shift. This is an opportunity for an RN who enjoys being a hands-on clinical leader, supporting fellow nursing professionals, and helping ensure residents receive exceptional, individualized care.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support, and mentor the nursing team during the night shift
• Help ensure residents consistently receive high-quality nursing care
• Coordinate individualized plans of care and participate in care conferences
• Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitor changes in resident conditions and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up
• Support medication administration and clinical documentation standards
• Coordinate staffing assignments based on resident needs
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in direct resident care, including medication administration and health assessments, as needed
• Help ensure compliance with safety requirements, healthcare regulations, and community policies

What You Bring

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 2–3 years of nursing experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing homes and long-term care

- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

• Sound clinical judgment and the ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office applications
