We believe dogs deserve the healthiest, most natural and tastiest meals - with none of the nasties. That’s why we make FRESHly prepared food, cooked just like you would at home and delivered direct to our customers in perfect portions. We’ve come a long way since our founder Piotr, hand delivered the very first Psibufet box. Today, we feed hundreds of thousands of hungry dogs across the UK and Europe - but we won’t stop until we’re feeding dogs everywhere. To get there, we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition to come and work for us.

Please note that PsiBufet is part of Butternut Box, the European leader in fresh dog food. This means constant collaboration with teams in the UK and Europe, offering great development opportunities for both the Polish branch and all its employees.

Máte skúsenosti s aktívnym predajom a chcete si cez víkendy dobre privyrobiť? Môžete pracovať na živnosť?

Nejde o pasívnu promo brigádu. Na eventoch budete predstavovať prémiové čerstvé krmivo pre psy a získavať nových zákazníkov pre pravidelné predplatné.

Čo vás čaká:

aktívne oslovovanie zákazníkov na eventoch,
predstavenie PsíBufetu a výhod čerstvého krmiva,
práca s námietkami a uzatváranie predaja,
pomoc zákazníkom s registráciou a objednávkou,
plnenie stanovených predajných cieľov.

Eventy prebiehajú najčastejšie v Bratislave a ďalších mestách po celej ČR a SK, spravidla od štvrtka do nedele.

Náborový proces:

telefonický rozhovor (cca 15 minút),
pohovor so Sales Managerom (30–45 minút),
produktové a predajné školenie.

Požadujeme

skúsenosti s aktívnym predajom a schopnosť preukázať konkrétne výsledky,
schopnosť samostatne osloviť zákazníka a viesť obchodný rozhovor,
schopnosť pracovať s námietkami a dotiahnuť obchod do konca,
spoľahlivosť, komunikatívnosť a orientáciu na výsledky,

pozitívny vzťah k psom,

možnosť pracovať minimálne dva víkendy v mesiaci,
ochotu cestovať na eventy do Bratislavy, Košic aj ďalších miest.

Výhodou sú skúsenosti z direct sales, field sales, promo akcií, telemarketingu, retailu, financií alebo realít.

Ponúkame

Základní hodinová odměna:

První 3 měsíce: 8 € / hodinu

Po 3 měsících: 9 € / hodinu

Provize z prodeje (výše slevy / provize):

Sleva 25 %: 22 € / prodej

Sleva 35 %: 12 € / prodej

Retenční bonus (podle kvality a míry udržení zákazníků):

Udržení 75 % zákazníků: 14 €

Udržení 70 % zákazníků: 12 €

Udržení 65 % zákazníků: 10 €

Udržení 60 % zákazníků: 8 €

Udržení 50 % zákazníků: 4 €

Čím aktívnejšie sa zapojíš do predaja a čím kvalitnejšie zákazníkov získaš, tým vyšší môže byť tvoj celkový zárobok.
