The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing talent team and lead full-cycle hiring across our global creative collective. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you’ll help us find, attract, and hire exceptional talent across Canada, the U.S., and beyond.
This role will recruit for a wide range of disciplines including Design, Development, Strategy, Media, Finance, Accounts, Production, and more across Thinkingbox, AntiSocial, and The Heist, run structured interview processes, and ensure we’re making thoughtful, high-quality hiring decisions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our interview experience, elevating hiring standards, and delivering a seamless, inclusive candidate journey.
