Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Regulatory Compliance: Per Cyprus regulations, applicants for Teaching positions must have a university degree recognized by KYSATS (The Cyprus Council of Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications) and the ability to pass a background check.
- Passionate about alternative education.
- An ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs, and abilities.
- Patience and excellent observational, communication, and diagnostic skills.
- The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- A lifelong learner who can be a good role model for children.
- Must be fully fluent in English.
Bonus Skills/Experience
- IB teaching experience but not mandatory
- Other languages like Russian, Ukrainian or Hebrew
- Private School Teaching experience
