About the Role
This role owns solution design for our client’s complex, multi-modal learning projects from initial architecture through vendor coordination and final deployment. It also carries day-to-day leadership of one of the account's two India-based design pods, so this person is both the technical design authority on their projects and the people manager for the team that builds them.
What You'll Do
- Own solution design for complex, multi-faceted learning projects, building comprehensive architectures that integrate multiple components, modalities, and delivery channels
- Select and recommend the right blend of ILT, VILT, e-learning, simulations, social learning, and on-the-job components, with rationale grounded in learning science and business need
- Coordinate vendor relationships across content development, technology platforms, and delivery services — from selection and briefing through performance management
- Maintain design intent through development and production, reviewing storyboards, prototypes, and final products against the original design spec
- Lead a small design pod consisting of Instructional Designer, Learning Developers, and Multimedia Designers — allocating work, quality-checking output, coaching, and owning performance management
