Team description

SumUp helps small businesses across Denmark get paid, manage their finances and grow, with simple and affordable tools built for how they actually work. • Set clear targets, track performance and continuously improve sales conversion and team output
  • Act as the local SumUp expert, representing the brand and sharing market insights with teams at headquarters

  • Track record of success in field sales or direct sales roles.
  • Experience building and leading freelance or commission based sales teams.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with ambitious targets.
  • Strong understanding of the needs of small businesses and local markets in Denmark.
  • Confidence using CRM and sales tools to guide data informed decisions.
  • Why you should join SumUp
  • 🌍 A rare opportunity to build a Field Sales presence from scratch in Denmark, with the autonomy to own your territory and your results
  • πŸš— A flexible working model built around the field, spending 70 to 80% of your time with merchants and partners across your region
  • 🌈 Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: be part of a workplace that values and promotes diversity, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone's perspectives are respected and embraced
  • πŸš€ Enrolment onto our Virtual Stock Option programme: you'll own a stake in SumUp's future success

  • β›½ Fuel Reimbursement: a fuel allowance or fuel card via Navan
