Position Summary
- Responsible for hands-on roles for students attending college and enrolled in a healthcare program.

- Enrolled in a Nursing college clinical program.

- Willing to be hands-on with patients
- Willing to do personal care tasks (washing, toileting, etc.)
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
- Able to work in a team but use their own initiate.
- Strong communication skills, including listening.
- Organizational skills.
Role Specific Responsibilities
- If you’re based in a hospital your duties may include:
- helping patients to move around.
- monitoring patients and performing basic health checks
- making patients feel comfortable.
- washing and dressing patients.
- serving meals and helping to feed patients.
- cleaning and restocking rooms
- If you’re based in our Medical Group Clinics, you may:
- perform health checks.
- take blood samples.
- process lab samples
- sterilize equipment.
- restock rooms.
- undertake health promotion and education work.
- act as a receptionist
- schedule appointment
