Smartmove is looking for motivated, personable & client focused individuals to join the team with a view to becoming a fully operational Mortgage & Finance Advisor. Successful applicants will initially enter the Smartmove Academy which is the vehicle with which Smartmove trains, develops and mentors new team members into high achieving brokers.
The Academy is a fully paid 26-week training program aimed at being able to produce a high achieving broker regardless of their industry knowledge or experience. The program is stepped, which builds on the knowledge gained in the prior weeks & months, including formal education (Certificate IV & Diploma), Industry Association Membership, Lender Accreditations, Detailed systems training, Side by side practical training with our team of brokers, and weekly review and mentoring sessions.
Depending on prior knowledge the program can be shortened.
Mortgage broking can be a challenging and demanding profession, and while prior experience isn’t a prerequisite, a genuine interest in helping people with their money and finances is.
