We are seeking a veteran Service Advisor. Honda, Toyota, or GM experience is a plus but not a requirement. Must be a customer-focused Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage service operations efficiently.
CDK and Xtime experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform an Active Write up and delivery process
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required, including vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and tire service.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective communication of repair processes.
- Prepare service estimates and work orders, ensuring clarity in service writing.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in an organized manner.
- Follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status and any additional services needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on automotive technology trends and service management practices.
