The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to attend a week-long programme designed to give you a behind-the-scenes look at life within an investment management firm. Through presentations, workshops, networking events, and interactive activities, you'll gain valuable insight into the financial services industry and the wide range of career opportunities available
The program will include:
- 5 days in our London office immersed in our collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.
- Business-wide presentations from teams across the organisation, showcasing how an alternative asset manager operates.
- Interactive workshops and activities designed to develop your commercial awareness, technical knowledge, and professional skills.
- Networking opportunities with colleagues from across the business, including senior leaders and early career professionals.
- Skills sessions led by industry experts, covering topics such as office etiquette, networking, personal branding, and career planning.
- Insight into our global business, learning how we partner with banks, asset managers, and borrowers to provide innovative financing solutions
