Supervise the Stewarding team and ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and back-of-house areas are clean, hygienic, and ready for operation.
- Supervise and assign daily tasks to the Stewarding team.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment.
- Monitor the availability and condition of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Monitor waste segregation and disposal.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with inventory, breakage control, and cost control.
- Train and guide team members on proper stewarding procedures.
- Coordinate with Culinary, F&B, and Engineering teams when required.
- Support the Chief Steward in the smooth daily operation of the department.
