  • Lead, coach, and develop Installation Supervisors and project teams, driving accountability, high performance, and adherence to KONE Way and standard processes.
  • Monitor operational and financial performance across the portfolio, using KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement, increase productivity, and support business growth.
  • What we're looking for

  • Drivers license and willingness to travel
  • What’s in it for you?
  • Competitive salary including annual bonus up to 15%
  • Company car or car allowance
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing mentoring
  • Clear progression opportunities within a global business
  • A collaborative, supportive team culture

Alongside the above, we offer a wide range of financial, lifestyle, health and wellbeing benefits that you can tailor to your needs, including GymFlexi Membership & Kone discounts.

At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual. Employee engagement is a key focus area for us and we encourage participation and the sharing of information and ideas. Sustainability is an integral part of our culture and the daily practice.
