About Us

Saveri Law Firm, LLP is a purpose-driven plaintiffs’ firm dedicated to challenging powerful corporations — from Big Tech to dominant industry players — through precedent-setting antitrust and competition litigation on behalf of consumers, workers, and creators. We are at the forefront of emerging issues, including generative AI, no-poach agreements, wage-suppression collusion, price-fixing, and other anticompetitive and exploitative business practices.

Since our founding in 2012, we have built a reputation as one of the nation’s leading plaintiffs’ firms and are appointed time and again as lead or co-lead counsel in significant, complex cases in federal and international forums. To date, our attorneys have obtained over $5 billion in settlements and successful resolutions for their clients.

Our work has been repeatedly recognized by leading independent legal-industry peers and ranking organizations. Highlights include high rankings by Chambers & Partners in its “Antitrust: Plaintiff” categories, and recurring praise from the Legal 500, Best Lawyers, Benchmark Litigation, the Global Competition Review, the American Antitrust Institute, and other well-respected organizations.

We are not just litigators, we are advocates for fairness, competition, and accountability. We want to make an impact, bring creativity to difficult challenges, and value high-caliber work. If you are passionate about using the law to challenge the status quo — your work here will truly matter.

About the Role

We are seeking ambitious, driven attorneys who want to work on meaningful, high-impact litigation that carry real economic and societal impact. Our associates gain substantial responsibility early, working closely with accessible partners in a no-drama, highly collaborative environment. You will join a team that values depth over volume, intensity over routine, and professional growth over hierarchy.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and argue critical motions and participate in key court hearings.
  • Contribute to strategic decision making throughout each case.
  • Draft high-quality pleadings and contested motions, including complaints, oppositions to motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and class certification briefing.
  • Manage complex discovery, including client productions, e-discovery workflows, search term development, and adversarial meet-and-confers.
  • Oversee document review processes and ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Take and defend depositions and collaborate with expert witnesses.
  • Participate in business development and occasional professional conferences (subsidized by the firm).

About You

  • Exceptional legal writer with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter who embraces a steep learning curve and becoming a subject matter expert.
  • Effective oral advocate, confident in your judgment and decision-making, especially in high-pressure and fast-moving environments.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time and project-management abilities.
  • Skilled at navigating interpersonal dynamics within the firm and managing relationships with co-counsel and external stakeholders.
  • Creative in your problem-solving approach and capable of developing solutions in shifting circumstances.
  • Curious and strategic, you enjoy complex litigation, intellectual challenges, and precedent-setting legal questions.
  • Strong work ethics with ability to work intensely while also bringing levity to the work environment.
  • Team-oriented individuals who value meaningful, socially impactful work.

Why SLF

  • We provide significant growth opportunities.
  • A collaborative, low-ego environment that values rigor without unnecessary drama.
  • Real autonomy is paired with meaningful support and mentorship.
  • Flexible work options, balanced by a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar or New York State Bar.
  • 5–10 years of litigation experience, preferably in antitrust, class actions, or complex litigation.
  • Clerkship experience is highly valued.
  • Reporting Relationship
  • Reports directly to the Executive Director.
  • Work Schedule
  • The position is eligible for hybrid work (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
  • Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Some travel and schedule flexibility required.
