Love Cars? Love People? Know How to Bring Out the Best in Others?
Are you someone who can walk into an automotive dealership, confidently engage a room full of sales professionals, and leave everyone feeling excited about working with you?
Do you take pride in building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and making the people around you more successful?
If so, Automotive Elegance has an opportunity worth exploring.
We're looking for an exceptional communicator, relationship builder, and natural leader to become a key representative of our Pittsburgh operation.
This isn't a traditional management position or a commission-driven sales job. It's an opportunity to represent one of the most recognized companies in the paint protection film industry, work directly with company leadership, and make a meaningful impact on an established business.
About Automotive Elegance
Established in 1999. Over 25 Years of Automotive Protection Expertise. One of the Most Decorated Paint Protection Film Companies in the Country.
Automotive Elegance is a family-owned automotive protection company specializing in XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and automotive window tint.
Since 2017, we've earned XPEL's U.S. Dealer of the Year recognition every year, establishing Automotive Elegance as one of the country's most consistently recognized companies in our industry.
Our success has been built on more than awards. It's the result of exceptional craftsmanship, long-standing dealership partnerships, a commitment to our employees, and an unwavering focus on the customer experience.
With established facilities in Andover, Massachusetts; Londonderry, New Hampshire; and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, along with the continued expansion of our Wraptastic Franchise brand, we're continuing to invest in our people, our facilities, and our future.
Our Pittsburgh operation already has an experienced installation team and established dealership partnerships. We're looking for the right person to strengthen those relationships, elevate our retail customer experience, and help build an exceptional team culture.
Why This Is a Unique Opportunity
Represent an Industry-Leading Brand
You'll represent a company with more than 25 years of experience, an award-winning reputation, and established relationships throughout the automotive industry.
Work Directly With Company Leadership
You'll work closely with our CEO, Rick Jeffries, and our General Manager of Sales, Janette, who oversees sales operations from our New England locations.
Your ideas, observations, and contributions will matter. You'll have the support of an established leadership team while enjoying the independence to make a meaningful difference in Pittsburgh.
An Established Business With Centralized Support
Our dealership order processing and sales coordination are handled through our Massachusetts headquarters.
You won't be responsible for building a wholesale business from scratch, processing dealership orders, or managing technician schedules.
Your focus will be on ensuring our existing dealership relationships are supported, communication is exceptional, commitments are fulfilled, and our Pittsburgh team has the information needed to deliver outstanding results.
Company-Paid Training in New England
We invest in our people and believe proper training is essential to long-term success.
The selected candidate will participate in company-paid training at our Andover, Massachusetts, and Londonderry, New Hampshire facilities, with approved travel and accommodations covered by Automotive Elegance.
You'll work alongside our wholesale and retail sales departments, customer experience personnel, and installation professionals to learn our products, systems, dealership relationships, and customer service standards firsthand.
A Company Vehicle and a Performance-Based Career
You'll receive a company-provided vehicle for dealership visits and business responsibilities, along with a competitive salary and meaningful opportunities to earn performance bonuses.
We want someone who is motivated to grow professionally and financially while helping our dealership partners, customers, and employees succeed.
