Job Description
- Monitor directly and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure stable production performance and product quality.
- Analyze process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and production downtime.
- Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, productivity, cycle time, and manufacturing efficiency in production
- Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and engineering standards.
- Collect, analyze, and report process performance data to support decision-making and improvement activities to report for Supervisor, Operations Engineering
- Monitor directly the transfer plan for new product introduction (NPI), engineering changes, process validation, and production transfer activities
- Collaborate with Production and Quality to resolve technical issues and improve operational performance.
- Train operators to improve assembly skills, inspection methods, or repair methods
