You don't need years of experience to get started! We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to build a long-term career in maintenance.
What We Offer
- $19.00 per hour
- 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM–4:30 PM
- Hands-on training from experienced mechanics

What You'll Do
- Assist with DOT inspections and repairs on semi trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
- Learn to inspect industrial equipment, identify potential issues, and assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
- Support building and grounds maintenance as needed.
- Pick up parts and supplies to keep maintenance work moving.
- Learn to use tools and equipment safely while developing your mechanical skills.
- What We’re Looking For:
- A mechanical mindset and an interest in figuring out how things work.
- A desire in developing a career in maintenance or becoming a mechanic.
- Is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to work a physically demanding role that involves standing, walking and lifting.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and indoors in a maintenance shop where noise, grease, dirt, and other industrial conditions are present.
