Pay & Schedule
- AM Shift 7:45 AM - 3:15 PM starts at $19 + Uncapped Bonus
- PM Shift 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM starts at $20.50 + Uncapped Bonus
- Average monthly bonus: $2,500
- Top performers in Irving earn $4,500+ per month in bonuses alone
- Guaranteed 40 hours a week + opportunities for OT
What We Need From You
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Build rapport, create urgency and book qualified in-home appointments for our Sales Team
- Meet and exceed daily performance goals and production metrics
- Accurately update customer information and call records
