We’re looking for a Fixed-Term Part-time Keyholder* to join our team at Merchant 1948 Sylvia Park store. If you’re confident on the shop floor and ready to take on a bit more responsibility like opening or closing the store and supporting operations when the manager’s away – this is the perfect next step in your retail career. You’ll be part of a team that knows their stuff, loves what they do, and takes real pride in helping people find their perfect fit.

Here’s what’s on offer:

• Role: Fixed-Term Keyholder -*Please note that this is a Fixed-Term contract role until 16th July 2027.
• Rostered Hours:
• Friday: 1pm - 9pm
• Sunday: 12pm - 4pm
• Minimum Hours: 11.5 hours per week
• Hourly Rate: $24.50 + bonus potential!

• Creating exceptional experiences for every customer
• Supporting with opening and closing the store

• Have experience in customer service (retail, hospitality or similar)
• Are confident, responsible and happy to lead by example
