Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. This person will bridge the gap between design, engineering, and customers to deliver products that delight users and drive business outcomes. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Own and drive the product lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Ticket Management: Write detailed, actionable tickets, create and manage epics, ensuring clarity and prioritization for the engineering team.
• Design Collaboration: Partner closely with designers to create user-centric solutions. Comfort working in Figma and other modern design tools is essential.
• Customer Interaction: Act as a key interface with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• AI Innovation: Champion the incorporation of AI into our products, identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings with intelligent features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to maintain high velocity and deliver impactful features on time.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze user feedback and product metrics to iterate and improve on existing features and inform future development.
