Residential Sales Executive (Telecommunications)

Cal-Ore is seeking a motivated Residential Outside Sales Executive to drive sales of Internet, Voice, and Smart Home services across our Siskiyou County service areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell to new residential customers (door-to-door and outbound calls)
• Conduct customer needs assessments and present tailored solutions
• Manage a sales pipeline and track opportunities in Salesforce
• Prepare and deliver proposals (in-person and virtual)
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
• Participate in community events, trade shows, and marketing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience (telecom preferred)

- Strong consultative selling, closing, and communication skills

• Experience managing a territory and sales pipeline
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 total annual earnings (OTE) includes base salary plus commission
• Base Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (DOE)
• Commission: ~$2,000/month at target, with a ramp up period and significant upside

• New Hire Retention Program: $5,000, paid in two installments, subject to the employee remaining actively employed and all eligibility requirements are satisfied on each payment date:
• $2,500 following 120 days of continuous employment
• $2,500 following 12 months of continuous employment
