In the Engineering Team, we design and deliver automation solutions that improve manufacturing performance, optimize investment, and support Michelin's digital transformation journey.

Mission

In this role, you will:

• Lead automation and industrial projects: Develop and deliver automation solutions for industrial investment projects by conducting feasibility studies, defining technical requirements, and ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, and project delivery.
• Manage engineering design and system integration: Lead equipment design and integration activities while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, quality systems, and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive innovation and cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, maintenance, and project teams to implement innovative automation technologies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related fields

2 - 8 years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, automation project engineering, or manufacturing automation

• Good understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, industrial networks, instrumentation, and control systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders
• Business proficiency in Thai and English
• Strong learning mindset and willingness to develop new technical expertise
• Preferred
• Interest in Industry 4.0, AI applications, digital engineering, and smart manufacturing technologies
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools
