Objetivo:

Desarrollar, mantener y optimizar aplicaciones bancarias críticas en ambientes Mainframe, garantizando estabilidad, calidad, rendimiento y cumplimiento de estándares.

Requisitos técnicos indispensables:

- Cobol

- Batch / Jcl

- Cics

- Db2

- Sql

- Ibm Z/Os

• Experiencia en desarrollo y mantenimiento de sistemas bancarios o críticos
• Control de versiones/promoción de código, idealmente Endevor
• Experiencia con procesos Batch y herramientas como Control-M / CA-7

Herramientas / entorno:

- Ispf / Tso

• IBM Developer for z/OS o Eclipse
• Git
• ServiceNow
• Jira / Azure DevOps
• Confluence

Deseable:

• Experiencia con metodologías ágiles / Scrum
• Inglés técnico
• Automatización de procesos
• Uso de herramientas de IA como ChatGPT, Gemini o GitHub Copilot
