Per diem anesthesiologist opportunity with Day Kimball Hospital in Northeast Connecticut nestled on the banks of the Quinebaug River. Day Kimball Healthcare is a nonprofit provider of integrated healthcare services in Northeast Connecticut and nearby Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

- Total Rewards
- Hourly Rate: $275/hr
- Case Assignments
- Orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, podiatry, spine fusions, cataracts, endoscopy, colonoscopy, TEE, cardioversions, pacemakers, and general surgery. Pediatric cases are ENT cases for M&T, adenoidectomies, and tonsillectomies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current medical licensure
- ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
- Day Kimball Hospital, $275/hour, Per Diem Anesthesiologist
