Responsibilities

• Present finance and protection products based on each customer's needs to enhance their ownership experience.
• Secure financing through our network of lending partners while obtaining the best possible approvals for our guests.
• Build value in finance, protection, and aftermarket products through a transparent, customer-focused approach.
• Be actively involved on the showroom floor early in the sales process to support both customers and the sales team.
• Partner closely with sales associates and managers to help drive dealership performance and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Coach and train sales associates on finance products, protection products, compliance, and value-building techniques.
• Serve as a positive team player who leads by example with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.
• Review, monitor, and ensure all finance paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership administrative staff.
• Ensure every deal complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage lender portfolio and funding to ensure timely contract processing.
• Set and maintain an organized, efficient finance department schedule.
• Process title paperwork and work closely with administrative offices as needed.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, product knowledge, and overall dealership performance.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive finance experience preferred

• Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance requirements.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
