bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. At current, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Accountant to join our Finance Department.
The successful Candidate will be the one who prioritizes accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork in financial operations. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to manage our daily accounting tasks and ensure the smooth running of our financial processes.
Job location: Limassol
Reporting to: Chief Accountant
Working Hours: 08:30–17:30, with every second Friday ending at 12:00
Main tasks and
responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting activities in line with the company’s documentation requirements.
- Perform bookkeeping and monthly closure activities.
- Prepare bank and creditor reconciliations.
- Issue invoices and receipts as required.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and timely.
- Requirements for the position:
- Ideal of 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
- Excellent knowledge of at least one accounting software; SAP Business One is preferable but not mandatory.
- A degree in accounting is not mandatory; relevant experience is highly valued.
- Proficient in Greek and English languages.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
