Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a passion for agile methodology and a self-starting attitude to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, documenting, supporting, and maintaining robust applications that meet the needs of our organization and its clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide support to internal and external users.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Implement and maintain APIs and integrate with external systems as needed.
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of the applications through thorough testing and optimisation.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Work in an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Take ownership of projects and features, driving them from conception to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, including but not limited to C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with relational database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in a Scrum team.
• Ability to work independently and self-start projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Azure cloud platform is an advantage.
