Industrial Electrician

Responsibilities

• · Maintain all plant lighting and power systems to ensure proper operation, code compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
• · Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on plant equipment and machinery as required.
• · Modify line programs and complete die wiring to support production needs.
• · Complete all required documentation accurately and on time, including paper and/or digital work orders and logbooks.
• · Assist with implementing continuous improvement initiatives on production lines.
• · Record parts usage by accurately completing required documents.
• · Conduct routine preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• · Work in a safe manner at all times.
• · Adopt and practice Kaizen principles and concepts and participate in related activities.
• · Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all standards and regulations.
• · Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• · Must hold a 442A Industrial Electrician Certificate.
• · Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• · Understanding PLC operation, with basic programming knowledge, is considered a strong asset.
• . Experience with robots (preferably ABB & Fanuc), handling and programming, is considered an asset.
• · Possess extensive hands-on experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• · Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment.

Shift: Night Shift

This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be:

$32.00 - $49.00
