We are a local insurance agency looking for strong candidates who desire to initiate and or further their career in the commercial insurance industry. DJM Insurance Services is looking for innovative and highly motivated marketing representatives. Must be team-oriented, performance-driven, exhibit excellent customer service and telephone skills to join our team!
Job Description: The main focus of this position is to promote our product by developing and supporting our marketing programs. You will work closely with other Agent/Brokers as well as experienced marketing specialists.

Responsibilities
- Impacts sales results by securing a strong pipeline.
- Works with various Agent/Brokers and Marketing Managers to determine appropriate coverage. Present proposal to a client
- Provide coordination and project management to ensure marketing campaign success.
- Work with Account Development Department to increase the success rate at gaining commitments Execute marketing campaigns and plan events depending on expertise.

Requirements
- Property & Casualty License
- Skills and Knowledge 1-2 years' experience or training in marketing or sales preferred
- Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
