Are you ready to work hard with a team that feels like family? A&C Plastics, a leader in the plastics industry, is looking for a go-getter to join our Houston warehouse as a Pallet Assembler. If you thrive on a challenge, like to keep things moving, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, we want to meet you!

Position Details

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Overtime only as needed

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

What You’Ll Do

Build and assemble pallets with precision and pride
Sort and organize pallet components like a pro
Keep pallet inventory organized and replenished throughout the day
Ensure orders are fulfilled and packaged with care
Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Provide top-notch service to our customers, helping with will-call and resolving any issues with a smile

What We’Re Looking For

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
Positive team player — because attitude is everything
Dependable with excellent attendance
Stays focused and avoids distractions
Goal-oriented and action-driven
Willing to do what it takes, whether it’s lifting boxes or cleaning floors
A team player with a passion for serving others
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy
Ready and willing to get things done!
