Key Responsibilities
- Support and Maintenance :
- Provide support for Workato integration workflows.
- Work with business teams to identify and implement integration enhancements.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Workato.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Workato, including creating recipes, managing triggers, actions, and jobs.
- Expertise in API integrations and working with cloud applications (Salesforce, Oracle, Concur, etc.).
- Integration Experience: Proficiency in integrating SaaS and on-premise applications. Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and other integration protocols.
- Having Snowflake and MuleSoft experience.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred:
- Certifications: Workato Certification or other relevant integration certifications.
- Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
